Class News:

We are busy each day reading, writing stories, participating in math activities and learning to be great friends!

*In 100 Book Challenge, each of us can read at our own independent level and progress at our own pace.

*In Language Arts, we are learning all of the important skills that we need to get the most out of the material that we read.

*In Writing Workshop, we are learning how to create different types of stories and about the many purposes of writing.

*In Math, we are building on our addition, subtraction, multiplication and division  skills. 

*In Social Studies and Science, we are learning many interesting things about the world around us.     

*In Second Step, we are learning about empathy and how to be a great friend to those around us.

*Gym, Music, Art and Computer give us even more opportunities to have fun while learning important skills.

We are excited about all that the rest of the year holds for us and appreciate all the support of our parents!
