Elementary Art Exchange

    As you may be aware, each month, the Chichester Elementary Art Department participates in an art exchange. In this program, a bulletin boards’ worth of art is sent to another school for display. It is always refreshing to see elementary artwork from other children in the district. At Marcus Hook, the bulletin board directly next to the art room is the Art Exchange Board. Stop by to see the work of other elementary school students.

Held at the Upper Chichester Recreation Center

The opening was March 4, 200, from 7 - 8:30.  The show ran from March 4, 2008 until March 14, 2008.

Artist of the month

The Artist of the Month program will continue with one piece of elementary artwork on display from each elementary school.  The Artist of the Month bulletin board is located at the Chichester Education Center.

Youth Art Month exhibit

The Chichester Elementary Art Department will once again host the Youth Art Month Exhibit.  The show features two pieces of artwork from each grade, K-4 from each of the four elementary schools.  It also features the winning poster designs from each of the four schools.  Please stop by to view the exhibit and support our young artists.
