Marcus Hook School

The special education classroom offers support to students with learning disabilities.  The type and intensity of specially designed instruction is based upon the student’s individual needs that are outlined in the child’s IEP (Individualized Education Program).  The multidisciplinary team works hand in hand with the regular classroom teachers to develop an appropriate learning environment in which the students will experience success.

Attendance is very important for the success of each student.  It is also important that the students are completing their homework each night and practicing the skills they are learning during the day.
