Emergency Cards – are kept on each child to assist us to contact you in case of an emergency. It is very important that you keep us informed with "up-to-date" information so we may reach you in case there is an emergency. Please fill out both sides of the emergency card and send it back to your child’s teacher promptly.

Medications – If your child needs to take any medication during school hours you must have a note from your family physician. The note must contain explicit directions as to medication, dosage, exact times of administration, and possible side effects. Over the counter medication such as cough medicine also need to have a doctors note. If your child is on antibiotics three times a day you can give them a dose before they come to school, when they get home, and before they go to bed.
