• All 6th grade students are required to have physicals completed by their family physician

• All 7th grade students are required to have dental forms completed by their family dentist.

• All 7th grade students will be screened for scoliosis and hearing.

• Parents, are your children scratching their heads? If so, it could be head lice and your should check their head.
