A Message From the Assistant Principal
Stephen J. Magliano
Dear Grade 5 and 6 Parents,
As the new Assistant Principal for grades 5 and 6, I am so excited to
introduce myself to you.
I am a graduate of West Chester University. I continued on to do graduate
work at Widener University where I obtained a Master's Degree in
Educational Leadership and also a Master's in Instructional Technology. I
am currently taking additional coursework at Widener towards my Doctoral
Degree in Instructional Technology.
I enjoy working with middle school students. All of my teaching experience
has been at the middle school in the Upper Darby School District.
When I learned of the opportunity to join the outstanding staff at
Chichester Middle School, I was really excited. I am looking forward to
meeting your children and also working with you to help ensure your
child's success.
I believe that learning should be fun and school should be a place where
students feel welcome and good about themselves. I also firmly believe
that all adults are educators and therefore, we all have to work together
to help our children succeed and be all that they can be.
Please feel free to contact me at anytime if you have a question or
concern regarding your child. Again, please know that I am delighted to be
at Chichester Middle School and for the opportunity to work with you and
with your children.
Sincerely,
Stephen J. Magliano

Message From the Assistant Principal

Chichester
Middle School is a special place where you feel welcome whether you are a
newcomer or an old timer. It is our hope that students and parents will
find their middle school experience to be a memorable and exciting
learning opportunity.
We know that education, at this level can be both challenging and
rewarding. As educators, we must deal forthrightly with the basics and not
omit the essential ingredients needed to foster a successful Middle School
experience both academically and socially. Our school is like a family
composed of person of different ages and backgrounds, who are all
respected for their own abilities and contributions; each person having
particular rules, regulations and responsibilities. I am looking forward
to helping students, parents and teachers to have a productive, successful
and rewarding school year. |
